Honoree for 2015

Centennial Woods™ recently returned from the first Greenbuild International Conference and Expo in Verona, Italy. After that amazing and inspirational journey, we’ve now found out that we’ve been selected as a Greenbuild Editor’s Choice Honoree for 2015. This honor means we’ll be showcased in the Greenbuild Special Edition 2015, in conjunction with the next Greenbuild Expo in Washington, D.C. this November. Once again, we’ll have the opportunity to share our passion and dedication with those of a like mind. We also expect to come away from the conference with new knowledge and skills, courtesy of our fellow attendees.

We’re thrilled to be chosen as one of the leaders in the green building industry. The Greenbuild Editors only chose forty-four recipients for this annual award, so we’re honored to be part of such a select company. The companies were chosen based on our “forward-thinking nature and ability to drive industry innovations.” Other companies chosen for this amazing honor run the gamut of green building trades: architecture, commercial contracting, consulting, design, graphic design, homebuilding, manufacturing, solar installation, and even more. And now, our reclaimed and repurposed wood products have joined them.

What does this honor mean? Industry leaders have recognized our commitment to promoting sustainability, energy-efficiency, innovation, distinct leadership in the reclaimed wood sector, and a high standards of excellence. As the Greenbuild Editorssaid in their announcement: “We’re thrilled to showcase these industry leaders and help them share what they do best every day.”

We’re equally excited to share this news with our current and future customers. Since we started Centennial Woods™ in 1999, we’ve been committed to offering great service and great products to our customers. It’s also been our commitment to rescue, reuse, and repurpose some of the most beautiful wood in the country – Wyoming snow fence. It’s a great feeling to know that those commitments have been recognized by the Greenbuild Editors in 2015!
