RECLAIMED WOOD Siding

No need to wait years for your wood siding to look like old barn boards. Centennial Woods™ reclaimed wood siding is naturally aged as slats on Wyoming snow fences for up to a decade. Use Centennial Seal™ for moisture resistance without changing the appearance of the wood. Reclaimed Wyoming snow fence siding is featured on homes and shops in ski towns, the coasts, and everywhere in between. Use for vertical, horizontal, diagonal, or chevron patterns. Planks are FSC® Recycled 100% and contribute to Credits MR3, MR4, and MR5 under LEED®.

1X6 SIDING: NATURALLY WEATHERED BOARDS

This is a nominal 1×6 weathered wood plank that has been aged on a Wyoming snow fence. These boards are made from various softwood species from the Rocky Mountain region. These reclaimed wood boards contribute towards satisfying credits MR3, MR4, and MR5 under LEED®.

The face is typically 5 3⁄4” varying up to 1⁄4” (5 5/8” – 5 7/8”)

Average thickness is 3⁄4” varying up to 1⁄4” (5/8” – 7/8”)

Lengths: 3′ to 16′

Bevel Lap Naturally Weathered Boards

BEVEL LAP: OVERLAPPED BOARDS

Bevel lap is manufactured by re-sawing wood at an angle to produce a piece thicker on one edge than the other, similar to clapboard siding, with a thick butt and a thin upper edge lapped to shed water. The minimum board overlap for installation is one inch. These reclaimed wood boards contribute towards satisfying credits MR3, MR4, and MR5 under LEED®.

The face of the board is 4.5″

Thickness starts at 1/4″ and goes to 1/2″

Lengths: 8′ to 12′

Shiplap Naturally Weathered Boards

SHIPLAP: TOUGH RABBETED BOARDS

This milling process edges the boards so they are rabbeted making the top edge of each board lap over the bottom edges of adjacent boards creating a flush joint. The bottom edge of one board will be recessed which receives the shaped or molded edge of the board next to it. Can be used for both horizontal and vertical applications. These reclaimed wood boards contribute towards satisfying credits MR3, MR4, and MR5 under LEED®.

The face is 4.5” and the width is 5″

Shiplap for exteriors has a thickness of 11/16″

Shiplap for interiors has a thickness of 3/8″ Lengths: 4′, 6′, and 8′

Tongue & Groove Naturally Weathered Boards

TONGUE AND GROOVE: INTERLOCKING BOARDS

Wooden planking in which adjacent boards are joined by means of interlocking ridges and grooves along their edges. A strong joint, the tongue and groove joint is widely used for re-entrant angles. The effect of wood shrinkage is concealed when the joint is beaded or otherwise molded. Tongue and Groove joints allow two flat pieces to be joined strongly together to make a single flat surface. Tongue and Groove can be used for both horizontal and vertical applications. These reclaimed wood boards contribute towards satisfying credits MR3, MR4, and MR5 under LEED®.

The face of the board is 4.5″

Thickness of 11/16″
