Shipping and Returns for Online Orders

Shipping

USPS Priority Mail® and UPS® Ground are the default shipping methods. Ground shipping varies between 2 and 4 days. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge.

Contact us for shipping options to Hawaii/Alaska and locations outside of the USA.

Processing

Handling and processing time may take up to 2 business days, although we strive for same-day shipping if orders are received before Noon Mountain Time. All shipments originate from Laramie, WY. Centennial Woods® is located near the highest point of Interstate 80 that is 8640 ft. above sea level. Due to inclement weather in our mountainous location, all roads in and out of Laramie close often in the winter. Occasional road closures for high profile vehicles (delivery trucks) happen in the summer due to high winds – this may delay the departure of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your shipping label is created, an automated email message will be sent with your tracking number.

Returns

Product returns due to buyer's remorse require prior approval from an agent of Centennial Woods®. To assure credit contact us within 30 days of delivery to process a return. Once authorized, return shipping labels will be emailed to you. When the wood returns to us we will issue a refund less a 10% restocking fee. Returns must arrive in its original condition and packaging with the nylon straps still bound around the bundles of wood.

If your order arrives with excessive damage to the packaging, please refuse delivery. If you notice damage after unpacking please take photographs of the damage. Be sure to contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can work out return details with you.
