Shipping within the USA and to Canada

USPS Priority Mail® and UPS® Ground are the default shipping methods. Canadian orders may ship through DHL. Ground shipping varies between 2 and 4 days. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge.

Shipping Outside the USA

DHL Express shipping service handles all international deliveries for Centennial Woods. Duties and taxes are collected at checkout. Customers can use their own local currency and local payment method to pay for products.

We currently do not sell to the following countries online:

Handling and processing time may take up to 2 business days, although we strive for same-day shipping if orders are received before Noon Mountain Time. All shipments originate from Laramie, WY. Centennial Woods® is located near the highest point of Interstate 80 that is 8640 ft. above sea level. Due to inclement weather in our mountainous location, all roads in and out of Laramie close often in the winter. Occasional road closures for high profile vehicles (delivery trucks) happen in the summer due to high winds – this may delay the departure of your order.


Order Tracking

Once your shipping label is created, an automated email message will be sent with your tracking number.



If your order arrives with excessive damage to the packaging, please refuse delivery. If you notice damage after unpacking please take photographs of the damage. Be sure to contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can work out return details with you.

Product returns due to buyer's remorse require prior approval from an agent of Centennial Woods® and shipping will be the purchaser’s responsibility. To assure credit, contact us within 30 days of delivery to process a return. Once authorized, you will be refunded once we receive the returned products in their original condition. We will issue a refund less a 20% restocking fee for USA orders and a 30% restocking fee for international orders.

Orders from within the USA with a pre-applied finish (seal or flame retardant) will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and international orders with sealant will be subject to a 40% restocking fee. Returned products must arrive in their original condition and packaging with the nylon straps still bound around the bundles of wood.

We do not accept returns on the bundles of Salvaged Wood Planks.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (warped or cupped boards, cracks, and knotholes are common and to be expected and are not defects). If you need to exchange your wood for a different finish send us an email at for approval, then send your item to:

Salvaged Wood Planks are not eligible for exchange.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
