Centennial Woods’ Cheyenne reclaimed wood planks feature a mixture of warm brown and honey blond tones with subtle weathered notes and a natural patina, perfectly suited for a range of styles including Modern Farmhouse, barn wood, Scandinavian, and rustic wood paneling. Each box covers 20 square feet with a mixture of 4’, 3’ 2’ and two 1’ planks. Each plank measuring 5 inches wide and 1/4 inch thick.

About the Finish

Every plank features a weathered wood face and a smooth sanded back, retaining the natural grain and natural beauty of solid wood.

Prepare

Ensure your room wall or ceiling is clean, dry, and structurally sound before beginning your DIY project. Use a drop cloth to protect wood floors or surrounding surfaces.

Secure

Apply construction adhesive in a zig-zag pattern to the back of the plank and 16–18 gauge brad nails.

Pattern

Install planks in horizontal, vertical, or advanced patterns. Plan to add 10-15% product excess depending on the complexity of your design.

Where does the wood come from?

Cheyenne planks are made from reclaimed Wyoming snow fence boards that have naturally weathered in the high plains of the United States for years before being repurposed.  Cheyenne specifically is then lightly brush/flap-sanded to remove some of the weather patina. This reveals some of the warmer blond and brown tones underneath.

Can Cheyenne be used for large projects?

Yes! Cheyenne is available for bulk orders, making it ideal for big installations such as feature walls, interior wall systems, or commercial design projects.

Is Cheyenne safe for indoor spaces?
