RECLAIMED WOOD PANELS CERTIFIED FOR LOW CHEMICAL EMISSIONS

HEALTHY INDOOR AIR QUALITY

Centennial Woods’ reclaimed wood panels achieved GREENGUARD Certification in late 2018 and is scientifically proven by United Laboratories to meet the world’s most rigorous, third-party chemical emissions standards to help reduce indoor air pollution and the risk of chemical exposure. Additionally, Centennial Woods indoor planks are GREENGUARD Gold Certified – this standard is even more rigorous, and includes health-based criteria for additional chemicals and also requires lower total VOC emissions levels to ensure that products are acceptable for use in environments such as schools and healthcare facilities. Centennial Woods exclusively recycles boards from Wyoming snow fences. Snow fences are 12 feet tall and some sections can exceed 1 mile in length. These are used to direct heavy snow away from roadways, highways, and interstates. The wood is exposed to the elements, above ground, in the high plains and mountain areas of the Rockies. Unlike barn wood, Centennial Woods’ reclaimed wood panels have a naturally low moisture content, are carbon-negative, and free of insects and chemicals like lead.
